We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A, Budgeting & Business Finance Lead who has experience in the D2C brand, Retail, or E-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a deep understanding of unit economics and online brand management.

What you’ll be doing

Utilize expertise in FP&A and Business Finance to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Manage and update operational and financial MIS in formats required by investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in business performance and develop actionable recommendations.
Own the budgeting process for brands, including formulation, variance analysis, and publishing results to stakeholders.
Work closely with the business to update business plans in alignment with changes in strategy and direction.
Lead discussions on financial performance, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement, with senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Chartered Accountant qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or related roles within a D2C brand, Retail, or E-commerce business.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
In-depth understanding of unit economics and experience managing an online brand.
Proven track record of effectively managing budgeting processes and conducting variance analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
