Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Management of the month end process and activities across the India team
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risks.
- Processing of invoice approval and the payment run.
- Close collaboration with the Zug finance team including CFO and Deputy CFO.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions on a local India level
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team in India.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Experience / Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with CA Background
- A stellar track record of success in running a well-controlled and well managed finance team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- A passion for innovation and an unwavering commitment to excellence
- Finance-focused with experience leading finance teams.
- Experience in engagement management, business, practice, and people development.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple objectives.
- Expertise in analytics, forecasting, and finance technologies
- Experience leading projects/teams and the ability to lead key requirement workshops with clients.
