Role Title - Project Management Associate
Location - Hyderabad
Shift Timing - Night Shift (10PM-7AM)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join Randstad Enterprise‘s dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects across various departments and regions to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

You will be required to efficiently allocate resources, monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for effectively managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion within budget and schedule constraints.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to achieve project goals.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues.
Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
Identify and mitigate project risks by developing risk management strategies and contingency plans.
Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and dependencies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience of 2+ years in project management or complex BPO operations related roles.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with remote teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
