Sony Pictures Networks India is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (AVOD) for our OTT platform SonyLIV. The incumbent is responsible to develop product requirements, analyze trends, drive the product vision and strategy, and partner with Engineering and Product design to manage the execution of the overall product roadmap.

Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate
Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years’ experience with consumer Internet or Web-based technology products and services
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting Relationship: Head - Product (AVOD), Digital Business Business/Channel/Function: Digital

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse user journeys and cohorts and identify product drivers for growth and user retention
Driving the overall product vision, strategy, and user requirements that will fuel user growth and product evolutions
Leading cross-functional teams in delivering quality products, and making appropriate trade-offs
Continuously deliver advances in the product by executing against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence the products
Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.
Defining product success metrics and analyzing product performance by driving the product agenda with Engineering Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver
Drive the realization of the product by delivering against a robust and visionary roadmap.
KPI driven decision making derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.
Conduct A/B tests

Technical:
Ability to understand big data. Ability to write queries would be preferred.
Strong product sense with an ability to envision technology solutions with market and user needs
Prior experience working with Internet technologies and e-commerce
Strong understanding of the technical aspect of SEO, on-page optimization techniques and internal linking structures
Proven ability to grow organic traffic and identify and operationalize opportunities around organic search
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Experience in implementing A/B tests
