Position Title: Manager - Sales - Adhesives

Work Location: Head office ,Lower Parel - Mumbai.This position is stationed at Mumbai - HO and area of responsibility will be West and South India.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to market our Water Based adhesives and Hot melt Adhesives. He/ she will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our range of adhesive products. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the adhesive industry, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives for adhesive products.
Must be a self-motivated team player to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company‘s market presence and customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our adhesive products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role within the adhesive industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Deep understanding of adhesive products, applications, and market dynamics.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
