Battery Smart is India’s largest and fastest growing battery swapping network for electric vehicles. It provides lightweight, interoperable Li-ion batteries-as-a-service, which can be swapped for a fully charged battery in less than 2 minutes at any Battery Smart swapping station. This frees EV-users from large and recurring capex on batteries, from charging downtime, and from range anxiety.

Battery Smart launched operations in June 2020 and today operates 450+ swapping stations across 12 cities. Currently 14,000+ electric vehicles run on the Battery Smart network, completing more swaps each day than all other players combined. Over the last 12 months, revenues and monthly-swaps have grown more than 30X and 40X respectively, driven by strong expansion in swapping stations and vehicles. Over the next 3 years, Battery Smart aims to be present across 100 cities, with 10,000 stations, and 500,000 vehicles. Our mission is to unlock and accelerate India’s transition to mass electric mobility – and as we go after this $17B market (by 2025).

About the Role

You will help operations by supporting their decision making through your analytics, heavily data-driven approach, and operational mindset.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent time-management, priority setting, organizational habits, the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek consensus, and excellent team interaction.
The Program Manager role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the company’s strategic vision to build efficiently and sustainably at scale. This is a critical role as it directly correlates to continually improving operational excellence, while minimizing costs and streamlining processes associated with the demand, expansion & supply side of our business. This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to manage relationships to help move a set of diverse projects with internal X-fn alignment.

About the Team

The Central Planning team at Battery Smart works closely with several business verticals to solve complex business problems that helps the company run the business efficiently and effectively. The team focuses on defining leadership goals and the mission to various stakeholders through structured definition of KPI’s and target setting.

What you will do
• Coordinate with HOD’s around Demand, Expansion, Operations and Product to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes
• Build, and maintain detailed models/dashboards for city-level, regional, and national reporting
• Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible
• Drive periodic cadences with relevant X-fn team members to ensure projects are being executed at a fast pace without compromising on the quality of delivery

What you will need
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Marketing, Business Strategy, Product, Operations or similar
functions with a proven track record in using data to drive decision making
• Strong program management and stakeholder management experience
• Creative problem solver, with an anything is possible attitude; develops new frameworks for business
problems where no standards exist today and engages other experts for feedback and integrates it
effectively
• Data-driven judgement and decision mentality through excellent analytical thinking
• Able to develop highly actionable solutions for complex problems and drive implementation
• Strong communication skills to share information formally or informally with key stakeholders
• Comfortable leading projects, such as the rollout of large initiatives across the region which require cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal and Tax
• SQL knowledge preferred (and if not, must possess the ability to learn quickly as it will quickly form
part of your day-to-day activity)

Must have qualification :- IIT‘s and IIM‘s
