Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Team Lead - Full Stack Developer proficient in Spring Boot, Angular and Camunda, to join our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will be instrumental in crafting, executing, and upkeeping our business process management solutions. Responsibilities:
Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within the team.
Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to design robust and scalable technical solutions.
Conducting code reviews to maintain high code quality standards and ensure adherence to coding guidelines.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering their professional growth and creating a positive and productive work environment.
Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them solve technical challenges and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Camunda best practices.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong knowledge of Camunda 7+
Strong knowledge of Springboot & Angular version 9 & above
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages (including modern frameworks like Angular)
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Solid understanding of database systems and integration techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to have skills:
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with message brokers, especially Apache Kafka.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
