**Introduction:**
Join our dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist This role is designed for a driven individual eager to contribute to our digital marketing efforts and grow their expertise in a collaborative environment. Your role will include planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts across various digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

**Responsibilities:**
- Development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to create and distribute content that educates and engages our audience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals using analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- Maintain our social media presence across all digital platforms.
- Create email marketing campaigns, including template design, call-to-action, and content ideas.
- Participate in optimizing website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels to keep us ahead, including updates on digital marketing software and tools.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a relevant field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing software (e.g. Online analytics, Google Adwords).
- Experience with creating marketing campaigns.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
