Job Description:
Candidate should have prior experience working as business analyst/consultant in Patient domain along with exposure in Patient Data management, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT based solution/project.
Responsibilities:

Analyst Activities:

had extensive experience in working on Patient level datasets (IQVIA, Patient Support Services, Specialty Pharmacy, Liquid Hub/ Data Unveil, Optum/ DRG Claims, APLD, LAAD, Patient Hub etc.)
on experience in analysing IMS data (patient insights, MIDAS) as well as syndicated reports and datasets (DRG, DataMonitor, Datavant, Evaluate Pharma, Kantar health etc.)
on SGDW (Sales force health cloud admin) and sales commercial master data sets such as customer (HCO/HCP/ Payer), Product, etc.
fair understanding of Patient data processing within HIPAA environment, such as Patient data aggregation, tokenization, etc.
had good client facing roles to cover business requirement discussions, business use case assessments, conduct requirement workshops/interviews
experience in SQL to analyze data sets and perform data profiling/assessment
to Create Business requirements, define scope and objectives, functional specifications, develop business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Obtain sign-off from customers.
UAT execution phase and work with project manager to obtain user acceptance test signoff.
to convert business requirements into functional design for development team

Creation:

the practice as a Functional SME for data warehouse, reporting, and master data management projects across Pharma patient data sets.
Axtria’s project and R&D teams with functional/domain knowledge
to create case studies/success stories of projects with functional/domain view
in whitepapers, point-of-view, develop Go-to- market strategy for Patient domain offerings
to coach team members in Patient domain business & functional use cases

Desirable qualities:

in client handling skills
hands-on experience in data assessment and requirement
communication, PowerPoint/word/excel, and writing skills
for results - Able to take initiative and set priorities; pursue tasks tenaciously & with a need to finish. Able to overcome setbacks which may occur along the way
Focus - Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients
in working on database query (SQL) or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau);
have prior working experience in Information Management projects such as Data Management, BI Reporting, and Master data management
