Responsibility Statements

  • Guides client project teams comprised of business analysts and SMEs.
  • Partners with Technology Consultants and other managers to set clear client project goals.
  • Designs and develops methodologies for delivery of client assessment projects.
  • Coaches business analysts and guides project output.
  • Creates project-specific planning, scope documentation and secures stakeholder sign-off.
  • Creates robust, data-driven evidence for recommendations for technology solutions with high-level benefits cases.
  • Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).
  • Conducts needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to assist in aligning business initiatives with technology solutions.
  • Presents complex data in an easy to understand format so it is suitable across diverse groups with varying abilities.
  • Visualizes data in a clear, structured way utilizing preferred BI tools (Tableau).
  • Facilitates cross-functional communication and recognizes the need to engage other stakeholders and SMEs in a project.
  • Acts as a liaison between commercial and technical functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
