We are seeking an Investor Relationship Lead who will play a pivotal role in managing our relationships with investors, facilitating fundraising efforts, and serving as a bridge between our company and the investment community.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with the Founders and executive team to develop and execute investor relations strategies.
Manage relationships with existing investors, serving as the primary point of contact and providing regular updates on company performance, milestones, and strategic initiatives.
Interface with bankers and investment firms during fundraising activities, including preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and facilitating due diligence processes.
Act as the voice of investors within the organization, advocating for their interests and concerns, and ensuring their perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.
Gather market intelligence and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to inform strategic planning and messaging.
Develop and maintain a repository of internal models, pitch decks, and other materials to support fundraising efforts and investor communications.

What you’ll bring

MBA from a Tier 1 or prestigious business school, with a focus on finance, economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within a startup or high-growth company.
Demonstrated understanding of the fundraising process in the private market, including experience with equity financings, debt financings, and investor due diligence.
Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, perform valuation analyses, and create financial models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with investors and effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information and interacting with investors and other stakeholders.
