We are seeking an Investor Relationship Lead who will play a pivotal role in managing our relationships with investors, facilitating fundraising efforts, and serving as a bridge between our company and the investment community.


What you’ll be doing


  • Collaborate with the Founders and executive team to develop and execute investor relations strategies.
  • Manage relationships with existing investors, serving as the primary point of contact and providing regular updates on company performance, milestones, and strategic initiatives.
  • Interface with bankers and investment firms during fundraising activities, including preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and facilitating due diligence processes.
  • Act as the voice of investors within the organization, advocating for their interests and concerns, and ensuring their perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.
  • Gather market intelligence and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to inform strategic planning and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of internal models, pitch decks, and other materials to support fundraising efforts and investor communications.


What you’ll bring


  • MBA from a Tier 1 or prestigious business school, with a focus on finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within a startup or high-growth company.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the fundraising process in the private market, including experience with equity financings, debt financings, and investor due diligence.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, perform valuation analyses, and create financial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with investors and effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information and interacting with investors and other stakeholders.
