The Coordinator of Instructor HR role can help the university transform lives and reach our 1 million students‘ goal by providing timely and valuable HR support to our instructors.

Appointment and Scope of Responsibilities:
The Coordinator of Instructor HR, reporting to the Manager of Instructor HR, is instrumental in the day-to-day operations related to human resource management for university faculty. The coordinator provides support for record management, payroll, and faculty availability for teaching assignments. This position performs basic Learning Management System (LMS), HRIS, and CRM tasks as it directly relates to successfully completing position responsibilities.

Some of the major duties of this position include:
Supporting and guiding instructors throughout the onboarding process
In charge of updating all instructor records in HRIS and making sure all documents are in place for audit purposes.
Coordination for setting up email and related accounts for new instructors
Assisting in setting up faculty availability for teaching assignments
Honorarium processing for instructors.
Aiding with current and new instructors with basic queries regarding portal logins and honorarium.
Processing closure of faculty files

Minimum Qualifications/essential pre-requisites:
Previous experience in human resources
Previous experience directly overseeing faculty in an online higher education organization is desirable
Basic understanding of American education system
A minimum of a master‘s degree in a human resources, administration, or related field from an accredited and well ranked university
Experience with HRIS, CRM, database and productivity tools.
Effectively use time management to prioritize daily tasks and long-term projects
Ability to work with diverse constituencies and staff
Strong organizational skills; a self-starter capable of working independently while also being a team player
Excellent computer and technology skills
Fluent in English with at least a B2 proficiency for oral and written English on the CEFR scale
