At Siddha Group, we are looking for enthusiastic, go-getters with a natural flair for engaging prospects and a deep passion for selling. This full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 3-10 years of experience. Both Sourcing and Closing Managers are required.

Position: Asst Manager / Manager – Sales
Experience: 3-10 years
Qualification : Graduates. MBA/PGDBMs will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
Primary

·        Ensure Sales Closures and meeting sales targets
·        Manage and deal with prospects, Walk-Ins, and Leads.
·        Conduct presentations about projects, flat layouts, and availability
·        Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and responses to customer queries
·        Activate, Collaborate, and Service Channel Partners.
·        Ensure timely updation of CRM Software (Prior working knowledge of SELL.DO will be preferred)
·        Train and mentor Guest Relation Executives to handle onsite queries

·        Team player with the ability to work independently
·        Effective oral communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels
