Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in analytics within a startup environment, with a focus on marketing and sales reporting. The primary responsibilities include integrating various data sources, creating insightful reports using BI tools such as Google Data Studio and Tableau, and leveraging SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain marketing and sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analysis.
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and address business challenges.
- Use SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large datasets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in developing strategies to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor‘s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Experience working with BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Understanding of A/B testing methodology and experimental design.
- Experience with data cleansing and transformation processes.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques (not mandatory but a plus).
