Job Title: Sr. Process Engineer
Location: Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities
Perform R&D (research & development) in Wet Process technology & do laboratory testing.
Own and execute technology development including process steps, metrology & process characterization.
Put together RSM (Response surface methodology), optimize and compare various analytical & characterization methods for achieving expected results.
Perform coupon base process testing to address technology challenges, demonstrate results, and present to management.
Manage lab facility and take accountability of lab & personal safety.
Handle concentrated chemicals.
Mentor and supervise process team in literature survey, experimentation, and analysis.
Align and work with the US Technology Innovation team and develop processes accordingly.

Requirements & Skills
Master‘s or Doctorate in Engineering/ Material Science, & related to Electro Chemistry
5+ years‘ experience in process & technology development, mainly in chemistry optimization, substrate adhesion promotion, process film testing and failure analysis, etc.
A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 10 years’ experience (CeNSE, IISc; CSIR-CECRI; Pharmacy, PCB, etc. ) with a preference for Electroless metal deposition experience
Ability to understand machine design that impacts process performance.
Experience in handling wet chemistries and performing beaker & lab scale testing.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Strong communication skills and technical and presentation skills
Ability to travel to Company Headquarters (Fremont, CA) on a need basis.
Knowledge in SPC/APC (statistical/automated process controls), Semiconductor Equipment (AMAT, KLA, TEL, Lam), and/or Wet chemical processing preferred
