Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead with a strong technical background to join our dynamic team. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing projects and technical aspects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, and time. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a demonstrated history of leading projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and resources efficiently, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate server deployment activities, including configuration, setup, and maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, implementing best practices and methodologies to optimize project delivery.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of total experience in the IT field. And at least 1 year of relevant experience as a team leader
Proven experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in the latest web development technologies.
Experience with server deployment and configuration, including Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with AWS EC2 instances, Microsoft Azure, Cpanel, and SSH shared hosting servers.
Experience in managing and deploying MERN stack applications on Linux servers.
Familiarity with deployment pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub actions.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence, Basecamp, etc.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with experience in overseas client communication and strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
