Job Description:As the Telecalling Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of telecallers to generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and close deals over the phone. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing telecalling strategies, training and coaching team members, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in telecalling or telesales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:1.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve individual and team sales targets.2.

Develop and implement telecalling strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone.3.

Conduct regular training sessions to improve telecalling techniques, product knowledge, and sales skills.4.

Monitor and evaluate telecaller performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.5.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align telecalling strategies with overall sales objectives.6.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.7.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications:1.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2.

Previously lead a team of telecallers3.

Proven track record of success in telecalling or telesales.4.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling.5.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a telecalling team.6.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.7.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.8.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
