Embraer Asia Pacific is seeking to recruit a Aircraft Sales Director for the Commercial Aviation team.

Reporting to the Vice President, Asia Pacific (Commercial Aviation), you are responsible for securing sales and assisting in the entrepreneurship of EMBRAER within the allocated territory in the Asia Pacific region. You will identify opportunities, develop and implement strategies and actions to secure the commercial success of EMBRAER through optimization of the sales margins and developing a strong and enduring client relationship, while complying with the annual sales budget, and ensuring positive margin return for the company.

Responsibilities
Manages, coordinates, monitors and controls regional sales activities and campaigns related to the company commercial aircraft in the Asia Pacific, including where necessary pre-owned aircraft.
Generate sales with the optimization of our margins and grow our market share within the allocated territory.
Establish mechanisms to measure the sales margins of any given campaign and agree with management the target to be achieved.
Monitors the budget targets.
Develops and maintains excellent customer relationship being the ultimate responsible for customer satisfaction in the allocated region.
Supports studies and activities related to marketing and sales analysis.
Develops and leads sales campaign strategy

This position will be based in India - New Delhi, and may require extensive travelling.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
Masters in Business Administration (a plus)

Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience in management of commercial aircraft sales activities.
Complete understanding of all elements related to the sales process.
Knowledge of Embraer and competitors’ products and services.
Has planning and analysis capabilities.
Possess good sales, marketing and commercial process techniques.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of Asian culture and market (a plus).

Demonstrates the ability to motivate people with strong interpersonal skills and effective coordination abilities.
Organized, innovative, and a self-starter with strong team player attributes.
Exhibit strong multitasking abilities along with excellent communication skills.
Builds and maintains interpersonal business relationships.
Strong problem solving abilities and effective time management skills.
Full command in English.
Other Asian languages are desirable.
Proficient in MS Office and Sales Force.
