As a QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading our QA automation efforts to ensure the highest quality in our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and tools that enhance our testing processes. Your role will be critical in driving the automation strategy and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the QA automation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with development, product management, and QA teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive automated test strategies.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify, document, and track defects.
Continuously improve automation processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation and implement them as appropriate.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, test scripts, and test results.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in QA automation, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong proficiency in advanced Java and Selenium is a must.
Solid knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.
Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium .
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
