Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance strategy for the organization, taking into account industry best practices, organizational goals, and customer requirements.2. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.3. Lead the automation testing efforts, including creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and managing the execution of tests across various environments.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance processes into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring that quality is built into the software development lifecycle from the beginning.5. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues, ensuring that software meets the desired quality standards.6. Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, automation testing, and DevOps.3. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Cucumber.4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.5. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or TeamCity.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.8. Certifications in relevant areas, such as ISTQB, CTFL, or AWS, are a plus.
