Lead Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Lead with strong React experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java programming language, React framework, and team leadership. The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement web applications using Java and React.
3. Oversee the development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
4. Review and approve code, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and coding guidelines.
5. Identify and address potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans as needed.
6. Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns.
7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
8. Continuously stay up-to-date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Java and React development.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in Java development.
3. Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript.
4. Familiarity with other web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
5. Experience with version control systems like Git.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
3. Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
4. Experience with Java Spring framework.
5. Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
