Job Description:


  • We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and AWS to join our dynamic team.
  • The Java Lead Developer will be responsible for overseeing a team of software developers, managing the development process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Spring Boot and AWS technologies.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of leading successful software development projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing and deployment, with a focus on Spring Boot and AWS technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other technical leads, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Spring Boot and AWS technologies.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and other performance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into the development process.
  • Manage project risks and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks, such as Spring Boot.
  • Experience with any AWS services.
  • Experience with modern software development tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle), and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins or Bamboo).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
