Location - Pune
Relevant Experience - 2 to 5 years of related experience in International Payroll processing.
Shift Timing - Should be comfortable with 24*7 Rotational.
Notice period - Immediate to 15 Days Joining.
Qualification - Any Min. Graduate / Preferred - Bachelor‘s in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Pre-Payroll and post payroll activities like preparing reports, Check tracking etc.
Analyze payroll issues and provide resolutions.
Responsible for Running off Cycle / on cycle Payroll in workday , validation of error reports and pay calc complete.
Do research on mismatch and discrepancies related to client data.
Handling email queries and Escalations.
Terminations - Deactivating the accounts of Inactive retirees.
Working on Separations and Final pay of employees.
working on TDS Reports .
Process all HR related invoices and submit for payment.
Produce monthly OT and Leave reports.
Enter and verify all vacation and flex days.
Prepare monthly and quarterly vacation metrics .
Having worked on Canadian payroll is an added advantage.
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes .
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with payroll software like ADP & Workday
