Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar for an Admission Manager / Admission Counsellor. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end admissions process, creating and implementing admission strategies, counseling prospective students and families, and conducting follow-up communications. Additional responsibilities include coordinating admission events and extending support to students throughout the enrollment process to ensure a positive student experience. Qualifications - Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and counseling - Experienced in strategy building, relationship management, and fostering collaboration - Knowledge of student admission processes and recruitment activities - Ability to handle documentation, reporting, and data management efficiently - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail - Prior experience or familiarity with academic admission processes is an advantage - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and goal-oriented work environment
