stakeholders across various tasks related to multiple Banking and Treasury applications and business processes including improving business processes and aligning key metrics They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and management of order processing accounts receivable credit management cash application and managing revenue generation efficiently Your Role Accountabilities Business AnalysisAnalyze business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and automationGather and document business requirements through interviews surveys and other methodsDevelop and maintain business cases and const-benefit analysis for proposed solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are properly implementedRequirements GatheringDevelop and maintain requirements documentation including use cases user stories and functional specificationsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accurate and completeIdentify and prioritize requirements and develop a project plan to meet those requirementsIdentify and report stakeholder issues and concerns and resolve themManage stakeholder expectations and ensure that solutions meet their needs and requirementsApplication Design SolutionParticipate in design sessions along with development team and help in the design of softwareConduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development to determine the viability of proposed solutionsCollaborate with developers to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are properly implementedConduct unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions are functional and meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain documentation for applications including user manuals and functional specificationsImplementationImplement and deploy solutions including configuration testing and training end-usersConduct post-implementation reviews to ensure that solutions are meeting business requirements and identify areas for improvementCommunicationCommunicate with stakeholders including business leaders IT teams and end-users to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are properly implementedIdentify and report project risks and issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve themDevelop and maintain a project plan and timeline to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budgetContinuous ImprovementContinuously monitor and improve business applications to ensure they remain effective and efficientDevelop and maintain a plan for continuous improvement and ensure that it is implemented and monitored Qualifications Experiences 2 years of prior experience in a related field media entertainment business development or streaming services industry experience a plus 5-7 years of experience in SAP SD Sales and Distribution and miscellaneous Accounts Receivable modules with a strong understanding of the Order to Cash process Knowledge of SAP FI Financial Accounting especially in accounts receivable and billing components2-4 years of transactional processing and operations assurance experienceUndergraduate degree required in computer science mathematics or business sciencesSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience developing financial models in Excel AND facilitating business discussionsExpert user of Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint Word to prepare all documents presentations graphs briefings and worksheetsA passion for accuracy and translating insights into a compelling narrative able to maintain a balance between the details and the larger pictureExcellent written and verbal communicationSuperb relationship building skillsWork collaboratively w small teamsAbility to handle multiple assignments concurrentlyAbility to work flexible schedule including overnight shifts on a rotation basisNot Required but preferred experience MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required in computer science mathematics or business sciencesAdvanced SAP certification in SD and or FI modulesPost graduate work experience in a related field entertainment or entertainment Knowledge of and passion for media entertainment and technology industries including key players growth trends and drivers new media models industry structure etc Familiarity with streaming and similar products servicesExperience working in a national or global companySome visualization tool knowledge would be helpful i e Tableau Power BI Comfortable in working
