Job Description Job Profile: Recruiter The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job vacancies within an organization. The primary goal is to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The HR Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements. - Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels - Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the position - Administer pre-employment assessments and reference checks - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback - Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives - Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter for more than 6 months or in a similar recruitment role - Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and assess their qualifications - High level of professionalism and integrity - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously What We Offer: - Structured training & mentorship program. - Competitive salary. - Career growth opportunities in Recruitment.
