Location ChennaiType Full-timeKey Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into seamless user experiences Conduct user research usability testing and analyze feedback to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products Work in a fast-paced agile environment adapting to changes and contributing to the startup s evolving goals Skills and Qualifications Experience 2-4 years in UI UX design preferably in consumer focused web and mobile applications Proficiency Strong expertise in Figma Portfolio A robust portfolio demonstrating experience in designing engaging user experiences and interfaces Knowledge Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards Collaboration Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Research Ability to conduct user research analyze insights and integrate them into the design process Adaptability Willingness to learn new tools technologies and methods to stay at the forefront of design innovation Critical Thinking Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Startup Mindset Enthusiastic about working in a challenging dynamic environment and contributing to the companys growth Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with motion design or animation tools Familiarity with frontend development basics e g HTML CSS JavaScript for better collaboration with developers Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
