We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO). This role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, scaling operational processes, driving process compliance, and maintaining overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the set-up of the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Support the implementation of standardized processes for project tracking, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Help develop scalable operational models to support growth and tool integration.
- Maintain and update tools such as Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and Power BI for real-time reporting.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to support day-to-day operational activities.
- Enable the billing transition from fixed-fee to time-and-material model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery across geographies.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet client needs efficiently.
- Contribute to change management efforts and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports on milestones and delivery status for stakeholders
- Document and maintain PMO process guides, templates, and SOPs to ensure consistency across projects.
- Support onboarding of new team members by providing training on PMO tools and processes.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Schedule and coordinate regular project review meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and dashboards for leadership reporting.
- Maintain a centralized repository of project documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Help manage project timelines and dependencies using collaborative planning tools.
- Provide administrative support for PMO governance activities, including status updates and action tracking.
- Support internal communications related to PMO initiatives and updates.
Qualifications:
You will be working closely with:
Collaborates closely with PMO, Project, Program & Portfolio Managers and finance stakeholders, to standardize project tracking, support billing process, and drive operational efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project management, or project coordination.
- Exposure to client-facing or agency environments is a plus.
- Basic understanding of commercial operations, pricing models, and financial tracking.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to support process standardization and assist in change management initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track project performance and generate insights.
- Familiarity with resource planning and utilization tracking.
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed teams is preferred.
- Comfortable working Eastern Time hours (7 AM – 4 PM ET / 4 PM – 1 AM IST)
