Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Procurement Data Analyst In this role, you will work closely with the client's Data & Analytics team to enhance and implement data connections, improve current dashboards resulting in usable business intelligence insights, improve data hygiene on various data sets, and help to drive procurement analytic self-service across the organization. Responsibilities Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting: .Become expert on client's data & tools .Key Dashboards In-Scope: Spend, Savings, Productivity, Cycle Times, Invoice, PO, Pay Term, Supplier Rationalization, Contract, Benchmarking, Supplier Performance/Risk, Supply Chain External Risks .Leverage multiple datasets to define what key metrics/insights will be presented in client's dashboards .Coordinate with technical team to drive implementation of client's dashboards .Define & execute processes to improve savings target setting, savings/spend projection and savings financial audit .Analyze data to identify trends/patterns and provide actionable insights Stakeholder Management and Communication: .Collaborate closely with client's analytics team and key functional stakeholders (AP, Sourcing, IT, third-party systems engineering & data teams) on project requirements & delivery .Develop presentation for project updates for senior leadership .Provide training on analytics tools Qualifications Soft Skills: .Communicate and execute deliverables in fluent English (Professional Proficient Fluency) .Clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing .Executive presentation skills .Ability to effectively narrate stories from data using compelling presentations .Excellent project management & execution .Demonstrated excellent Excel skills (through a Genpact-administered test) Preferably proficient in Power BI .Strong analytical & problem-solving skills .Ability to provide data-driven insights & recommend actions .Self-starter than can work independently .Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships Domain Skills: .Experience in Procurement Analytics (Spend, Savings, Cash, Pay Cycles, Contract, Supplier, Benchmarking, etc) .Good understanding of Sourcing & Procurement domain .Familiarity with technology landscape including Data Science, AI, ML, and Data Engineering concepts .Knowledge of big data and analytics architecture .Competency in Indirect Sourcing categories .Knowledge of systems landscape in Source-to-Pay (S2P) space .Experience managing data across multiple Oracle, SAP, and ERP platforms
