Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Mumbai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and executing a range of legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing strategic legal counsel, handling negotiations, and representing clients in various legal matters. The role also involves conducting legal research, managing client relationships, overseeing junior associates and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
