Power BI Specialist We are seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist to support a leading US-based Retirement Annuities organization The role demands advanced Power BI expertise to deliver sophisticated data visualizations and actionable insights combined with strong project administration skills Candidates with 5-8 years of relevant experience will excel in this dynamic environment collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive critical project initiatives Key Responsibilities Design develop and optimize complex Power BI dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder and project requirements Validate and ensure accuracy of Minutes of Meetings MOMs created by team members aligning with project objectives Engage with project management leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and resolve issues Prioritize and manage multiple tasks adapting to urgent requests to support fast-paced project demands Support Delivery Consultants by preparing high-quality meeting materials presentations and detailed minutes for conference calls Maintain and update critical project documentation timelines and trackers to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines Qualifications 5-8 years of professional experience with a strong focus on Power BI development including advanced data modeling DAX and report optimization Proven ability to manage complex projects including timeline tracking and stakeholder communication preferably in the retirement or financial services sector Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of handling dynamic priorities in a high-stakes environment Strong communication skills to interact effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Detail-oriented proactive and adept at ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
