Salary: INR 3–4.2 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Join Duro Green Waste Management—a leading provider of wet waste management solutions Engage directly with corporates, government bodies, and commercial clients to drive business growth and promote eco-friendly practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients (corporate, government, retail, hospitality, residential societies, etc.)
- Lead client visits, provide product demos, and close sales deals
- Manage relationships, ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Track and report sales progress using CRM; coordinate with internal teams
- Attend events/exhibitions representing Duro Green
- Negotiate contracts and service terms with the prospects and renewal clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and references.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve sales strategies and promotional activities.
You Bring:
- 1–2 years' successful field sales experience (B2B/industrial/corporate)
- Experience in government or PSU sales tendering (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, go-getter attitude and willingness to travel locally
