About the Company

We are looking for a Senior Level Java (both web and Mobile) developer to join our team where we are building an application meant for both iOs and Android.

About the Role

The solo role involves working on a small team to develop and enhance our mobile application. Coordinate with the frontend developer and tester time and again.

Responsibilities

Java (Spring Boot)

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of backend applications.
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.

Postgres

- Design relational database schemas and manage data migrations.
- Optimize SQL queries for performance and reliability.
- Implement indexing, partitioning, and backup strategies.

MongoDB

- Design and manage NoSQL schemas for unstructured/JSON data.
- Implement aggregation pipelines and optimize query performance.
- Ensure high availability and replication setup.

AWS Cloud

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Monitor cloud resources, optimize cost, and ensure system reliability.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)

- Integrate FCM with backend for real-time push notifications.
- Manage device tokens and notification delivery across platforms.
- Implement message scheduling, prioritization, and error handling.

Razorpay & Stripe Payments

- Integrate Razorpay and Stripe APIs for subscription and one-time payments.
- Implement secure payment workflows with webhook handling.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and manage refunds/disputes.

Admin Panel

- Build backend services to support Admin Panel functionalities (user management, content moderation, analytics).
- Implement role-based access control and audit logging.
- Ensure real-time data sync between admin panel and application backend.

Qualifications

- Qualification doesn't matter. Whether you are a graduate or not a graduate doesn't seriously matter to us
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in software development.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Java with Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization).
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB (NoSQL data modeling, aggregation pipelines).
- Solid understanding of AWS Cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Knowledge of Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) integration and push notification workflows.
- Practical experience integrating Razorpay and Stripe payment gateways.
- Ability to design and manage Admin Panel backends with RBAC and audit logging.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative development practices.
- Good understanding of security principles: authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, etc.).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
