Require candidate for our client a reputed manufacturer of bespoke furniture Job Title Packaging Dispatch In-charge for a bespoke furniture manufacturing company that prides itself on delivering unparalleled quality and timeless designs Job Location Bhiwandi Key Roles Responsibility 1 Custom Packaging Management Design and implement secure item-specific packaging for loose furniture sofas chairs tables etc Ensure protective materials foam bubble wrap edge protectors are used to prevent scratches dents 2 Dispatch Planning Coordination Plan daily weekly dispatch schedules in coordination with the production and sales teams Optimize loading and stacking to maximize space and minimize movement-related damage during transit 3 Logistics Handling Liaise with transport partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries Handle coordination of multi-location deliveries for retail or project clients 4 Inventory Control Documentation Maintain updated logs of packaged and dispatched items with serial numbers labels Prepare and verify dispatch documents challans invoices packing lists 5 Team Leadership Supervise and allocate manpower for packaging and loading activities Conduct regular training on safe handling of delicate and high-value furniture items 6 Damage Prevention Quality Checks Perform final QC before packaging to ensure finish quality and completeness Track and analyze any transit damage cases implement preventive measures 7 Cost Management Optimize material usage cartons foam straps to control packaging costs Negotiate transport rates while ensuring service quality 8 Coordination with Factory Operations Sync with production schedules to align dispatch readiness Communicate delays or urgent dispatch requirements effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have experience in Packaging and Dispatch of manufactured products Yes No Do you have experience in the wooden furniture industry Yes No Where do you reside Work Location In person
