We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Junior Motion Graphics & Video Editor with 12 years of experience, preferably from an Advertising or Creative Agency background working on high-volume content for BFSI, Real Estate, FMCG, EdTech, and other fast-paced industries. The [candidate] will be responsible for end-to-end video editing, motion graphics, creative adaptation, and delivering platform-ready content for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels. They will also support business development with creative inputs for pitch proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Motion Graphics & Video Editing Create engaging motion graphics, video edits, typography animations, transitions, and short-form content optimized for ads and social media (Meta, YouTube, Google Display, OTT). 2. Creative Adaptations & Content Versioning Develop multiple versions of creatives for A/B testing, regional targeting, size variations, and platform-specific requirements. 3. Asset Management & Delivery Manage editing workflows including color correction, sound design, final renders, and delivery of platform-ready files. 4. Collaboration with Strategy & Content Teams Work closely with performance marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-impact creatives aligned with campaign goals. 5. A/B Testing & Creative Optimization Support iterative testing of creatives to improve CTR, engagement, and performance outcomes. 6. Storyboarding & Visual Concepting Assist in creating storyboards, visual mood boards, and conceptual directions for campaigns. 7. Client Deliverable Ownership Handle multiple creative projects, take feedback constructively, and ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations. 8. Pitch Deck & Business Development Support Contribute creative mockups, video samples, and motion ideas for pitch decks, proposals, and client strategy presentations. 9. Market Trends & Tool Adoption Stay updated on editing trends, motion design styles, AI editing tools, and platform-specific creative best practices. Candidate Requirements: - 12 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics at an Advertising or Creative Agency. - Strong portfolio showcasing ads, short-form videos, animations, and social-first content. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic sound design. - Familiarity with AI tools for editing and template automation (added advantage). - Strong visual creativity with the ability to interpret briefs effectively. - Good communication, collaboration, and feedback-handling skills. - Ability to multitask across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
