Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer billing through the POS system accurately. - Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes. - Issue receipts, refunds, or adjustments when required. - Maintain cash register balance and prepare daily cash reports. - Ensure smooth coordination between the service team and kitchen staff. - Greet customers and assist with basic queries when needed. - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter. - Report any POS issues, payment discrepancies, or system errors to the manager. - Follow company policies, security standards, and cash-handling procedures. Requirements: - 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. - Prior experience as a cashier, billing executive, or front desk staff in restaurants or retail preferred. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer operation. - Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and busy hours. Additional Skills (Preferred): - Hospitality background - Basic accounting knowledge
