The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer billing through the POS system accurately.- Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes.- Issue receipts, refunds, or adjustments when required.- Maintain cash register balance and prepare daily cash reports.- Ensure smooth coordination between the service team and kitchen staff.- Greet customers and assist with basic queries when needed.- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.- Report any POS issues, payment discrepancies, or system errors to the manager.- Follow company policies, security standards, and cash-handling procedures.Requirements:- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.- Prior experience as a cashier, billing executive, or front desk staff in restaurants or retail preferred.- Good communication and customer service skills.- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer operation.- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and busy hours.Additional Skills (Preferred):- Hospitality background- Basic accounting knowledge
