BE World is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Services Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills a strong understanding of media and marketing principles and a passion for delivering exceptional service and results to clients Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within BE World Understand client needs objectives and challenges proactively identifying opportunities to add value and exceed expectations Project Coordination and Management Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries requests and feedback ensuring timely and accurate responses and resolution of issues Coordinate project timelines deliverables and resources liaising with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded Campaign Strategy and Planning Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing and media strategies aligned with their business goals and objectives Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients leveraging industry knowledge and best practices to optimize campaign performance and results Campaign Execution and Optimization Oversee the execution of client campaigns monitoring performance analyzing data and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement Work closely with internal teams including marketing creative and digital to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects Account Growth and Business Development Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion upselling additional services and solutions to meet client needs and objectives Actively seek referrals and new business opportunities from existing clients leveraging relationships and client satisfaction to drive business growth Reporting and Analysis Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients summarizing key metrics insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategy Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness identify trends and inform strategic decision-making and client recommendations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field Proven experience 2-3 years in client services account management or related roles within the media marketing or advertising industry would be a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams Excellent project management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines and deliver results in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making able to anticipate client needs and provide solutions and recommendations accordingly Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Word Excel PowerPoint and project management tools Knowledge of media and marketing principles trends and best practices with a passion for staying informed about industry developments and innovations Join BE World and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results to our clients If you are a strategic thinker relationship builder and client-focused professional with a passion for media and marketing we want to hear from you Apply now to join our team as a Client Services Executive and make a meaningful impact with BE World Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Work Location In person
