Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts ledgers and financial records as per accounting standards Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Reconcile bank accounts cash and credit transactions regularly Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions Process vendor invoices verify bills and ensure timely payments Monitor guest billing advance payments and receivables Reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers periodically Monitor departmental costs F B Housekeeping Maintenance etc for efficiency Oversee inventory accounting for F B housekeeping and general stores Conduct periodic stock audits and coordinate with storekeepers Coordinate with department heads for financial data and expense control Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs Work closely with the front office and reservations team for billing and collection reconciliation Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance 3-6 years of accounting experience preferably in the hospitality or resort industry Strong knowledge of Tally ERP SAP hotel management software Familiarity with GST TDS and statutory compliance Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
