Lead Calling and Conversion Make outbound calls to leads provided through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, social media, and other sources. Understand the requirements and career goals of potential students or professionals. Clearly explain relevant training programs, their structure, eligibility, fees, duration, and career outcomes. Convince and convert interested leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups. 2. Counseling and Course Guidance Guide prospects in selecting the most appropriate course or training path based on their background, goals, and experience. Clarify doubts related to course content, trainers, batch schedules, certification, and placement support. Build trust and rapport with learners through empathy, professionalism, and accurate information. 3. Follow-Up and Relationship Building Maintain a regular follow-up schedule through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails. Nurture leads who may not convert immediately and keep them engaged for future enrollment opportunities. Manage objections or hesitations tactfully, highlighting course benefits and addressing any concerns. 4. Database Management and CRM Updates Accurately record call details, prospect information, and follow-up status in the CRM system or Excel sheets. Update enrollment records and provide regular reports to the team leader or manager. Maintain an organized and updated pipeline of leads for better productivity tracking. 5. Achieve Sales Targets Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and conversion targets. Work under supervision and pressure to deliver results within deadlines. Participate in campaigns, enrollment drives, webinars, and workshops to boost lead generation and course awareness. 6. Team Coordination and Feedback Collaborate with the marketing, training, and support teams for smooth lead handovers and batch coordination. Provide feedback from potential learners to improve course offerings and sales strategies.
