Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Manager (Interior Design) located in Chennai. The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for sales, conversion, client relations, budget management, and team coordination. They will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role also involves developing business strategies to drive growth and improve sales efficiency. Qualifications - Client relations and communication skills - Budget management and financial acumen - Business strategy development and operational efficiency skills - Experience in interior design or related field - Strong leadership and organisational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Interior Design, or related field - Design background must - Graduate in Interior Design/Architecture. - 4+ years’ experience in sales (interior design/modular furniture preferred). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - 4-8 years of experience in sales. - Must have worked in an interior design firm like D'life, Interrazo, Aertsen, Design Cafe, Homelane
