Join Our Team - Design Engineer R D Location Roorkee Uttarakhand Company EAPRO Global Ltd Department Research Development Experience Fresher Qualification Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Key Competencies Proficient in Sheet Metal and Plastic Component Design Experience in Tool Design an SPM Special Purpose Machine Development Strong understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Mold Design Development Key Responsibilities Design Development Conceptualize and develop mechanical components assemblies and systems Prepare detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software Support prototype development and testing activities Documentation Prepare and maintain technical documentation including o Inspection Reports o Design Validation o Test Reports Ensure adherence to internal design standards and quality protocols Manufacturing Tooling Support Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and optimize for production Provide support for tooling fixture and mold development Mold Tool Design Design and validate injection molds and tooling for plastic and sheet metal components Coordinate with vendors for mold development trials and modifications Preferred Skills Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks AutoCAD or similar Knowledge of GD T DFM DFA principles Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Work Location In person
