We re Hiring Finance Manager Controller We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management compliance and strategic planning to drive our company s financial success Location Bengaluru India Work Mode Work From Office Role Finance Manager Controller What You ll Do Lead the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP IFRS Ensure VAT and tax filings P11d PSA CT are completed and submitted on time maintaining full compliance with legal and tax obligations Manage month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries reconciliations and accruals for accurate reporting Upload trial balances and financial results into the group reporting system Tagetik and support Group Finance with ad hoc information requests Assist with US entity filings in coordination with external accountants and take ownership of key processes such as payroll Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee all aspects of the balance sheet statutory accounts and audit coordination Develop and maintain strong internal controls accounting policies and procedures driving efficiency and ensuring audit readiness Oversee cash flow forecasting bank reconciliations and payment processes supporting treasury management and investment decisions Implement and monitor invoicing schedules to optimize cash flow and ensure timely billing post-enrolment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across business units Lead and mentor junior finance staff providing guidance on technical accounting and professional development What We re Looking For Fully Qualified Accountant - CIMA ACCA ACA or country equivalent 8 years of experience in financial accounting or audit ideally within professional services or multi-entity organizations Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP and IFRS with proven experience in month-end close statutory reporting and audits Commercially aware professional with the ability to provide strategic financial insights and add business value Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with modern accounting systems such as Xero NetSuite and Sage Intacct Meticulous attention to detail strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement p Ready to take your career to the next level Apply now and join our dynamic team
