Make and receive sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new electric vehicle trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
- Accurately document call details and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements for this role:

- Proven experience of 2 years in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment and under high pressure.
- Languages: English, Hindi or any regional language (Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu)
- Industry-specific experience, e.g., finance, real estate, Loans, Saas etc

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
