Hi Greetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for the Service Now role for Noida Location Experience 5-10 years - Work Form Office Payroll Company Name CIEL Mode of Employment Contract Notice Period Immediate 15 days 30 days Max Job description Major Responsibility Job Responsibility ServiceNow Implementation Configuration Lead and support the implement configuration and customization of ITSM ITOM CSM and SecOps modules on the ServiceNow platform Work closely with stakeholders customers to understand business requirements and design effective solutions tailored to client needs Configure customize and extend ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements Design and build workflows business rules and automation processes using ServiceNow tools and scripting Technical Expertise Provide subject matter expertise and best practices for ITSM ITOM CSM and SecOps modules Customize ServiceNow solutions to improve process automation visibility and efficiency across departments Integrate ServiceNow with other systems such as monitoring tools third-party applications and internal infrastructure using REST SOAP or other integration technologies Consultation and Support Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow s ITSM ITOM CSM and SecOps solutions advising clients on best practices product features and configuration options Guide clients in optimizing their ServiceNow instances to support business objectives improving user experiences and driving efficiency Provide expert-level consultation on ServiceNow platform functionality product capabilities and strategic implementation approaches for complex business requirements Client Interaction Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Conduct workshops presentations and meetings to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions Provide support post-implementation including identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization Necessary Qualification Technical Skills 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation customization and support in an enterprise environment Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM CSM and SecOps modules Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration scripting JavaScript Glide API and Service Portal development Experience with ServiceNow integrations REST SOAP JDBC etc Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting dashboards and performance analytics Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and analytical skills Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA is required ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more relevant modules ITSM ITOM CSM SecOps is preferred ITIL Foundation certification is desirable Soft Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Proven experience in client-facing roles and project management Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Leadership experience or ability to mentor junior consultants or developers Education B Tech CS IT MCA MBA About CIEL HR Payroll Company Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry powered by technology and analytics The Founders of Ma Foi the pioneer of the HR services sector in India along with some of the finest brains in the HR Services Industry have envisioned and built the firm CielHR to deliver the full range of Recruiting services from Executive Search Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Permanent as well as Temporary roles through its offices in India and the Middle East Website Role really excites you kindly share resume to Regards Soumya Rajesh CIEL HR
