and our customers across the globe Position Summary Tech Portfolio Lead Director Data Engineering Portfolio G6 EDAA1146 The Tech Portfolio Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-scale data engineering strategies and solutions aligned to the Technology functions priorities This role provides leadership across the data engineering lifecyclearchitecting governing and scaling solutions that support technology operations infrastructure analytics and platform health It blends strategic oversight technical depth and transformational leadership to advance data capabilities across the enterprise Technology landscape Who were looking for Primary Responsibilities Strategically lead data product initiatives that support enterprise Technology platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical roadmaps Drive innovation in engineering practices to deliver scalable resilient and high-performance data solutions supporting technology operations Lead and mentor multiple teams of data engineers fostering collaboration excellence and reusable engineering patterns across the Technology portfolio Ensure robust data governance security and operational compliance within the technology environment Assess and integrate emerging technologies into the broader tech ecosystem to future-proof engineering capabilities Collaborate with senior Technology leaders architects and business stakeholders to shape and implement strategic technical roadmaps Promote operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in data engineering delivery within the Technology domain Skill Provides strategic leadership for data engineering and modern data platform initiatives 10 years of experience in data engineering or related fields with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of leading large-scale data engineering projects and cross-functional teams Proficient in modern data technologies and cloud-based platforms e g AWS Azure Google Cloud Strong background in architecture governance and security of distributed data systems Exceptional planning and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate business goals into technical solutions Masters degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering or a related field preferred Demonstrated ability to foster innovation scale engineering capabilities and drive enterprise-wide impact Must
