Send Your resume Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and responsible Office Administrator to manage the front office operations while supporting the accounts and HR departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities ranging from reception duties to accounting assistance and HR coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and contributing to the smooth functioning of the company’s day-to-day operations. You will be the face of the organization, ensuring professional communication, smooth recordkeeping, and a welcoming office environment.Key Responsibilities1. Front Office & Reception Duties Manage the front desk and greet visitors, clients, and employees with courtesy and professionalism. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries; route calls to appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logbooks, ID check-ins, and appointment schedules. Oversee office cleanliness, seating arrangements, and maintenance coordination. Coordinate courier services, receive packages, and ensure timely dispatch of documents.2. Accounts Assistance Assist the accountant in daily bookkeeping activities including data entry in Tally/ERP software. Handle vendor bill entries, expense receipts, and invoice preparation. Record petty cash transactions and maintain daily cash flow registers. Assist with GST/tax-related document collection and coordination with CA. Ensure filing and documentation of all accounting records.3. HR & Admin Support Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leaves, joining forms, and ID cards. Coordinate interview scheduling, new hire joining formalities, and HR documentation. Assist with issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters. Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data. Help organize employee engagement activities and office events.4. General Office Administration Maintain stock of office supplies and ensure reordering when required. Coordinate with IT vendors, housekeeping staff, and service providers. Maintain records of utility bills, rentals, and facility contracts. Prepare reports related to expenses, office maintenance, and staff attendance as required.
