The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts related to birthday parties. The role involves leading a team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events. Qualifications - Strong Sales Management and Sales skills - Experience in Account Management - Excellent Analytical Skills - Proven Team Management skills - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
