Job Description Location: Kolkata, WFO Experience: 1-2 years About the Role We are hiring a Backend Engineer to architect and build the core infrastructure powering our Debt Collection CRM and Digital Communication Suite. You will be responsible for designing scalable APIs, managing database performance, and integrating multi-channel communication systems. Responsibilities - Architect, design, and develop backend APIs for CRM, predictive dialers, digital communication, and field force applications. - Work with scalable databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB. - Integrate third-party tools (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voicebots, Google Maps, Dialer APIs). - Implement secure authentication, authorization, and compliance frameworks. - Mentor junior engineers and enforce best coding practices. - Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and high performance. Requirements - Strong expertise in Node.js and/or Python. - Experience with microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, AWS Lambda. - Strong database design skills (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure). Bonus: Familiarity with debt collection, fintech, or banking workflows.
